Reverse Engineering

Conhagen personnel are trained with the tools needed (including a Faro Arm portable coordinate measuring machine and Omnitrac 2 CMM) to accurately reverse engineer a large variety of industry related parts.

Examples include turbine blades, impellers, seals, casings, shafts, and bearings. Manufacturing drawings developed from the reverse engineering process are used to produce parts that meet or exceed the requirements of the originally manufactured part.

The experience and knowledge of Conhagen personnel make it possible to produce manufacturing drawings from severely worn or damaged parts.
